Enhance iPhone Photo Backseat Verification

I have a single Live Photo taken on an iPhone. My aim is to determine, as clearly as possible, whether anyone is sitting in the back seat while my under-age niece and her friend were taking a selfie. I would like to know if there is a watch on an arm. The area of the backseat is behind the head of the blond girl on the right side of the picture.
