Your task is to watch the videos carefully, isolate every clear frame of the fleeing vehicle, enhance it if needed, and tell me exactly what you see. I need the car’s make and model for certain, and—if any frame allows it—the full license plate number. Please include the state or country on the plate if that becomes visible.
Deliverables
• A single plain-text (.txt) file containing:
– Confirmed make and model (both are required)
– The license plate characters you can read, or “unreadable” if none are discernible
– Time-codes or frame numbers that back up your findings
• Still images or cropped frames that illustrate the evidence you relied on, named to match the noted time-codes.
Feel free to apply any combination of frame averaging, AI up-scaling, motion de-blur, or OCR/ALPR software—whatever helps you squeeze the most detail out of the footage.
