I have a favorite photo that means a lot to me, but the background is unfortunately blurry and lifeless. I’ll provide you with two files: the original image that needs work and a second reference shot that shows exactly how the scene should appear. Make the photo an editable pdf file
Your task is to re-work the original so the background feels crisp, vivid, and as if the camera had been moved in for a tighter, close-up view. In practical terms that means: sharpening the background details without introducing halos, lifting the color so it matches the reference image’s brightness, and framing or cropping just enough to give the sense of being closer to the scene. The foreground subjects must remain untouched—only the backdrop gets attention.
Please return a high-resolution pdf (and layered PSD if you use Photoshop) that’s print-ready and free of compression artifacts. If an interim proof helps, feel free to share a watermarked preview first so we can lock in the direction before final export.
