Distinguish between Images that have Text and Images that Don't have Text

I'm looking for someone (not necessarily a professional) who can develop or suggest an existing system that checks a large number of color images, mark the images that have text, for example by changing the images file name, with a prefix.
The system should not use OCR to extract the text at any stage. Just a simple Go/No-Go kind of thing.
The ideal candidate is someone who can think out of the box and has vision and innovation. Experience is not required in any field but AI might be an advantage if this is the only option
