Display Home Exterior Retouching

I have a high-resolution photograph of one of our display homes (IMG_0193) that needs detailed post-production before it goes to print and web. The reference “before & after” set (IMG_0173) shows the level of polish I’m after.

Scope of the retouch
The two critical changes are replacing the neighbouring houses with a modern-style garden and fence, and swapping the current glass garage doors for a new door in colour #b1ada3. I’ll supply a reference image for that door as soon as the project starts. Beyond those priorities, I also need the stormy sky softened, the glass fence along the driveway removed, the overly warm interior tones dialled back, the road converted to grass, and the driveway visually extended so it reaches the bottom edge of the frame. Finally, the canvas height must be increased to 7500 px while keeping all proportions natural.

Deliverables
• A print-ready PSD (layered and organised) at 300 dpi, 7500 px tall
• A flattened high-quality JPEG for quick preview
• All adjustment layers left editable so we can tweak colours or swap elements if needed

Acceptance criteria
The final composite should match the style and realism of the provided IMG_0173 example: seamless edges, consistent lighting, and no visible cloning or repetition patterns at 100 % zoom.
