Design Upscaling for DTF Prints
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a batch of illustration files headed straight to a DTF printer for apparel, and every edge needs to look razor-sharp once the ink hits the fabric. Most of the artwork sits between 250 DPI and 400 DPI right now, so each file must be upscaled or down-sampled to a clean, consistent 300 DPI (or higher if quality allows) without introducing blur or stair-stepping.
Backgrounds should be completely removed, leaving a true transparent canvas so the printer only lays down ink where the art exists. No faint halos, no stray pixels—just crisp, print-ready lines.

• Final illustrations at 300 DPI+
• Transparent-background PNG (remove the light blue)
• Linework free of artifacts, ready for direct‐to‐film output
Once returned, I’ll drop the files straight into the RIP software, so color integrity and edge clarity are the key acceptance criteria. If you can turn these around quickly while maintaining those standards, the job is yours.
