I have raw images covering residential homes, commercial spaces, plus undeveloped land and plots. I need a sharp eye to sift through everything and flag only the photos that will truly impress potential buyers or renters on both my website and Facebook page.
You’ll receive cloud access to the full shoot folders— interior, exterior, the lot. Your task is simple but critical: review, compare, and shortlist the strongest, most market-ready images. Think balanced composition, clear focal points, inviting lighting, and zero distractions.
Deliverables
• A curated folder (or marked contact sheet) containing the final selections, clearly separated by property.
• A brief comment file noting any must-crop or light-edit recommendations so my in-house retoucher can move fast.
I’m open to your preferred workflow—Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Capture One, even PhotoMechanic—as long as the final picks are obvious and easy for my team to locate.
