Count hair on a head (high resolution image)
Budget: $200 – $210 USD
I have an image that has multiple photos of a head combined into one large image. There was hair transplantation, and I need you to count all hair within the area that was mostly bald before transplantation.
The area where hair must be counted has about 8000 hairs and 4000 follicular units. A follicular unit is a place where multiple hairs grow almost from one point.
Follicular units are singles, about 2000 are to be counted. Then there are doubles. Two hairs grow from one point; about 2000 of double-hair follicular units exist on the image. Triples are rarer, quadruples are rarer, and there are probably only a few quintuples.
The job is to counts all types of follicles and hair. The numbers will be written into the image. The whole job must be recorded to video (for example 1 frame per second), together with real time clock. This is for assessing the job.
The whole job has 2 main phases:
1. Defining and drawing the area where some hair exited before the transplantation surgery. Take file named “not all hair to count.png” from the folder “images for task description”. Draw the two areas where not all hairs to be counted into the image called “1 year after-transplantasion.png” from the “images to work on” folder.
2. Counting all hair, after hair transplantation. Write all the number onto the image and record the whole process to video together with real time clock. The numbers will be written into the image “1 yaear after-transplantasion.png”. The area has two small areas, where not all hair is counted, as described in point 1 above and in the video.
Very important point:
The numbers must be written next to the root, if not possible, draw an arrow to point to the follicular unit. The counting must be done systematically by going from left to right, from top to bottom of the image.

Important notice:
The image is high resolution, 8889x12955. It is PNG, 70MB in size. Make sure your computer can handle it, while it will also record the work in real time! 1 frame per second is enough.
