Comprehensive Photo Retouching Needed

I have a set of images that need dedicated retouching rather than basic color tweaks or simple background cuts. I’m looking to hand these shots over to someone who is comfortable giving each file a polished, natural-looking finish.

Here’s exactly what I need corrected in every photo:

• Skin smoothing
• Object removal
• Lighting adjustments

Please let me know about the similar work you’ve handled and the tools you rely on (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.). If you have a streamlined workflow for batch exporting final, high-resolution JPGs and layered PSDs, mention that as well.

I’ll supply the RAW files once we agree on timelines; in return I’d like the fully retouched images plus the editable files so I can make minor tweaks later if necessary. Looking forward to seeing how your experience can bring these photos to their best possible state.
