Commercial Interiors Photo Retouching

I have 220 photographs from six newly completed self-storage facilities that need a full post-production polish. The images span RAW stills, 13 HDR brackets that must be cleanly composited, and a handful of drone JPEGs. The drone shots will require less work; the primary goal is to ensure they match the colour and tone of the corresponding RAW photos from the same location.

Colour & Tone
The colour and tone should be bright and inviting. The interior walls are all a glossy white with different coloured unit doors at each facility; the edits should maintain the glossy finish of the corridor walls and the vibrant colour of the doors. Try to maintain a consistent, neutral colour temperature using the glossy white corridor walls as a guide. Use my existing portfolio as a style guide.

Geometry
The photos were shot on a 15-25mm lens. Perspective adjustments will be necessary to maintain the straight geometry of the facilities. Please true up verticals and horizontals without introducing unnatural stretching. Basic straightening alone will not be enough for these architectural lines.

Cleanup
Some files show LED banding that needs to disappear completely while preserving detail. Dust spots and minor blemishes can go at the same time.

Consistency
Each location should have a consistent visual look. Distinction between each location is fine, but the similarity of the interior fit outs means there shouldn't be a great deal of visual difference.

Deliverables
• 220 finished, full-resolution TIFF files (lossless compression) with the original file name retained
• 13 HDR images merged and graded to match the rest of the set
• A brief note on any frames that required unusual fixes so I have a record for future shoots
