ComfyUI Outfit Swap Workflow
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Need a research test & prototype (but working one) of comfyUI workflow for local processing to change an outfit (closes) of a character (human or 3d) in a short 3 minute live movie.
It must not be a video model use like wan-vace or something but an image model like flux-dev or similar local model which gives better results.
The flow must to be like this: 1) unpack the mp4 file into frames with ffmpeg 2) process each frame with Flux Context, etc. (say as example) to change outfit 3) compose mp4 back with changed frames. I.e. the same like topaz ai works, etc.
NB: plz no "manager" or "GPT" bids, you will just waste your time, i will discuss tech details a lot so you will fail even while using chatGPT, you will need real experience & a time for testing variants.
Funds can be extended if needed.
