Close-Up Hand Photo Retouching

I have a small batch of close-up portraits that focus exclusively on men’s hands. Each image needs a subtle yet polished makeover so the hands look clean, healthy, and camera-ready while still appearing natural.

Here’s exactly what I’m after:
• Remove dirt and imperfections around the fingernails and cuticles.
• Tidy up any rough skin or minor blemishes on the hands.
• Even out overall skin tone so it matches the surrounding fingers and wrist without creating a plastic look.

You may work in Photoshop, Lightroom, or your preferred retouching tool—but please keep all original texture intact and avoid over-smoothing. Final files should be returned in high-resolution JPEG (sRGB) plus layered PSD if you work nondestructively.
