Car Number Plate Requirement
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
We have are looking for image collection of vehicle number plates
Volume: 11,000 [(5K for training + 0.5 for testing) for each state]
Regions: California and New York state vehicle license plates
Types of vehicles : Different types of SUV, sedan, truck, van and bus
Types of vehicles number plates : Personal vehicles, commercial vehicles and public transport ratio is 6:3:1.
Angles: For same plate 1-2 angles would be enough. The overall dataset should have multiple angles. The requirement is that the car plate is recognizable under those angles. From the front of the car plate to about 45 degrees.
Lighting conditions: Day and night photos are needed as long as the number plate is visible , and numbers are human readable. Different weather conditions and day / night(with flashlights)
Image collection view: Front view, parking entrance camera view and parking exit camera view
Image format: JPEG
Resolution: 4 MP
Metadata: corresponding vehicle plate numbers
