I have two very short MP4 CCTV clips—each less than a minute and recorded in standard definition—and I need the vehicle’s license plate extracted as clearly as possible.
Your job is to:
• Locate the best frame in each clip, enhance or stabilize it if necessary, and isolate the plate.
• Deliver a crisp still image for each clip plus the plate number typed out exactly as it appears.
• Provide a brief note on the tools or steps you used (FFmpeg, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, forensic software, etc.) so I can document the process if required.
