Bulk Product Image Editing for Perfume Website (1220 Images)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for a graphic designer who can help create product variation images for my perfume website. The work mainly involves bulk image editing using template designs, and tools like Canva Bulk Editor can be used to speed up the process. Other tools may also be required to generate the initial standard variation templates.
Please read the full requirement carefully before applying.
Project Scope
I have 244 perfumes, and each perfume has 5 variations:
6ml Oil
12ml Oil
30ml Perfume
50ml Perfume
100ml Perfume
Total images required: 244 × 5 = 1220 images
Additionally, there may be around 50 more products that might require minor edits, but these will not require much additional work.
How the Images Will Be Created
We will first create 5 standard base designs (one for each variation).
After that:
The layout, background, bottle placement, and design style will remain consistent across all products.
The original perfume bottle image will change for each perfume (for example Dior Sauvage, Tom Ford Black Orchid, etc.).
The variation template will be used to generate the images for each perfume.
Example workflow:
Create 5 base variation templates
Use bulk editing (Canva Bulk Editor or similar tools) to generate images
Replace the original perfume bottle image according to the perfume name
Maintain consistent alignment, proportions, and layout
Export and name the images correctly for website upload
Resources
I will provide the list of perfume names
The original bottle images can be sourced from Fragrantica or similar websites
Naming format will be provided so the website team can upload images easily
Additional Requirements
The designer must coordinate with my hired website developer on Freelancer to ensure smooth workflow and correct formatting for upload.
All images must be properly optimized for web use so they do not slow down my website.
Consistency in size, placement, and naming is very important.
Timeline
The project must be completed within 3 days.
Budget
My maximum budget is ₹1200 INR for the entire project.
Please apply only if you have fully read and understood the requirements and are comfortable completing the work within the given budget and timeline.
