Body Slim & Lighting Photo Edit

I have a single photograph that just needs a subtle yet polished makeover. My main request is to bring my waist in a little so it appears slimmer without looking obviously altered, especially the tattoos need to stay as they are. While you’re in there, the lighting wasn't great when we took the picture, especially in my face, so if possible, adjust that aswell.

I’m not after heavy composites or surreal effects; this is strictly a tasteful retouch focused on body shaping and light correction. Final deliverable should be the edited, high-resolution file returned in the same format as supplied, along with a layered PSD (or equivalent) so I can make tweaks later if needed.
