Birthday Selfie Edit

I need a slight touch-up on a birthday selfie.

Requirements:
- Blend or retouch my right arm for a natural look
- Remove my arm reflection from glasses
- Clean up the bottom of the photo for a neat finish
- Add a festive birthday background or design (you can use the one in the example slide I provided)
- Include 'Happy Birthday' and my age '42' in bold and prominent text

Deliverables:
- Original and edited versions side by side
- Format suitable for Instagram or Facebook upload
