Automatic Quality Control of MRI data in routine examinations

Need for the development of a simple quality control pipeline that can assess the image quality of routine MRI examinations using refrerence methods such as SNR, PSNR, CNR, SSIM, recognition of basic artifacts and motion present in the images and non reference methods such as impulse noise quantification.

Further work will include the ability to integrate into existing PACS clients in order to automate the procedure.
