Advanced Presentation Photo Retouching

I have a single high-resolution photo taken during a keynote that needs advanced, but invisible, retouching and compositing. The goal is to restore the image so it reflects how I actually appeared on stage while keeping every other element absolutely intact.

Eyes
– Adjust pupil position so my gaze aligns naturally toward the audience rather than above their heads.
– Keep the upper eyelids naturally fully open so the expression looks engaged and alert.

Slide on Screen
– In the bar chart, change the third bar labelled “Office” from 1.7 % back to the verified 1.9 %. The exact value is confirmed in the PDF I supply.

Facial Clean-up
– Remove the slight skin indentation at the right corner of my mouth completely—no trace or softness that suggests cloning.
– Eliminate isolated grey strands so hair colour appears uniform without looking painted.

Everything else—expression, pose, suit, lighting, slide layout—must stay exactly as shot; no overall smoothing, reshaping or global colour shifts.

Deliverables
• Layered PSD showing your main adjustment groups (eyes, slide, skin, hair).
• A flattened, high-quality JPEG at the original resolution.

Acceptance
The retouch passes if all requested fixes are invisible at 100 % zoom, colours remain consistent across layers, and metadata shows no compression artefacts beyond the final export.
