Add White Elements to Photo

I have a single image that needs a small tweak. Only one specific area should be touched, and in that spot I’d like clean white elements added. I’m open to whether those elements are subtle shapes, a short bit of text, or another tasteful treatment—whatever looks most natural while achieving a crisp white accent.

You will:
• Edit only the designated area I point out.
• Integrate the white element so it blends seamlessly with the existing style and lighting.
• Deliver the final image in the same resolution and file format as the original, along with a layered PSD or similar editable file for future tweaks.
