Add Dad to Family Photo

I have a cherished Christmas-morning group shot taken in 2024, but my dad missed the photo—and sadly, he passed away just three months later. I’d like you to seamlessly add him into the empty space directly behind me so the picture feels complete.
What I can provide
• The original high-resolution group photo (shot under indoor artificial light).
• A photo of him and me from a Christmas Eve party. You'll have to remove me and my arm around him.
What I need from you
• Careful extraction and placement of Dad so his scale, perspective, and lighting match the rest of the scene.
• Color grading and shadow work that blend him naturally with the artificial lighting.
• Subtle retouching across the image as needed so no one can tell it’s been edited.
• Final deliverables: layered PSD (so I can make future tweaks) and two flattened JPEGs—one full-res, one web-ready.
