Accurate Text Editing on JPGs

I’m working with three JPG pages that contain important textual information and need them polished without changing any of the original picture appearance. The task is to correct obvious grammar or spelling slips, tidy the layout so everything aligns neatly, and then supply the updated files back to me as high-resolution JPGs (a layered PSD is welcome if you prefer). Every name, number, figure and date must remain exactly as captured; I only want the copy to read cleanly and look professional. If you have a proven eye for detail and can work directly on image files while preserving their authenticity, I’d love to see what you can do.
