simple entering of text into pre-made Adobe Illustrator documents

I need someone who has Adobe Illustrator to take an already-made chart that I have and simply swap out the words on the chart for other words that I will specify.
The attached file is an example.
I will give you the AI file that has the overall chart design already made. All I will need for you to do is manually insert the text I will give you next to the numbers already on the chart.
I will want you to send me an new AI file, along with a jpg and pdf of the new file you create.
I would estimate that in general this project will not take very long, and that is why I have created a set fee for it.
If our relationship works out, I will have up to 50 of these charts to create over time.
