I need a tattoo designer for my arm sleeve.

I would like to have a sleeve of African/Exotic wildlife on my arm. However, I have quite bad self harm scarring on my arm. I also have a swallow on my wrist that I would like incorporated into the design. I would like the design to be finished with a blue eyed (only color on the entire sleeve) Lion on my hand.
