I need someone to create learning cards or a quiz

we have a homepage with around 1000images (ultrasound images) and a short description of the images. I would need someone to create something like learning cards where i see the pic and when i click answer or something the text will appear. The "progra"m should work on iPhones and pcs, so I don't know what the best solution for this would be.
