I need an illustrator for a book cover

I'm a broke writer looking to create an engaging book cover for self publication. The idea is simple. Title of the book on top, and underneath, a single, left hand entering the image from the left side with magical energy coming out of the palm/fingers. The energy can be green, purple, yellow; I'm not particularly picky as long as it is clearly magic and not just shining light. The exposed wrist of the hand needs to have medieval type armor on, such as a leather grieve, and the hand should be as androgynous as possible. The background can be blurred terrain or really anything keeping with the medieval aesthetic.

The final image needs to be compatible with amazon digital publishing requirements: at least 1500 to 1,800 pixels wide. If the image is larger, the height should be 1.5x larger than the width. Please provide the image in the form of a .jpg
