I need an Experienced Artist who’s familiar with Breaking Bad

If you’ve ever watched the show Breaking Bad you would know that the main Character Walter White starts to produce meth to provide for his family. I want someone to make a portrait of Walter white but half of his face is turned into meth. Kind of like the attachment below.
