logo resize script for Adobe illustrator

I want to be able to batch resize a bunch of svg logos as follows

Open svg file in adobe illustrator
Select Logo (select all)
Resize logo to 1in Height x proportional height
Resize artboard to same size as logo
Center logo within artboard
Save
Open next svg file...

I attached a few svg logos you can use to test. They are all different sizes
