it will require photo analysis based on colours to reduce the colour range (possibly using image tracing) and divide a photo into colour sections (24-40 colours) and numbering each section based on the colour
Will need a colours palette created and have it numbered based on the numbering created in the steps above and list of the colour code/reference #
