film an evangelistic event

I am looking for an experienced videographer to film an evangelistic event that will last 1-3 hours. No post-production services will be required, but exact shots and moments aren't necessary; just general coverage of the event is fine. The videographer will be responsible for all aspects of filming, from selecting equipment and locations, to ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained.
