Website Graphical DETAILS Mockup NO AI!!! LONG TIME
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
3 WEEK TIME.
IMPORTANT: Photoshop is preferred but if you submit a great mockup I will not reject it for being in FIGMA.
The name of the company is Auguston - this is a land development company location in British Columbia, Canada.
We are having videos and photography taken so whatever photos you use for the mockup will be strictly temporary placeholders, but with that being said we still want you to select images that will look good. We still prefer you to use stock images or images uploaded that we own, but because the mockup placeholder images will most likely all be replaced feel free to use images from the example websites or other websites (as long as you make us aware of if we have rights to it and where it is from). I mention background videos a lot but obviously just use a still image for the mockup.
For design we are looking for something very much like The Rail District website - clean, sleek, minimalistic. The Mission Group website (https://www.missiongroup.ca/) is also another favourite and very similar in design. One thing we like about their website is that the logo in the menu bar is all white and the menu bar transparent, but then on-scroll it transitions to a white background and colour logo. This is obviously hard to get across in a mockup but if you could demonstrate both that would be terrific.
The three pages Auguston Today, Developer, and Auguston Tomorrow have a very similar structure / sections which could almost be copy/pasted for design purples (of course changing titles and images). Feel free to start with just one page like Auguston Today and work on that until everything looks good before moving onto another page. The website should have a consistent feel / theme throughout. It would be great if the green or shades of the green could be used and carried throughout the website. The font for the logo is ITC Tiepolo Font if you want to use that or something similar for section headings.

- Hero area with a background video and overlay text (like The Rail District).
- A section with 3 banner links that link to the other three main pages (Auguston Today, Developer, Auguston Tomorrow). I'm picturing 3 videos with overlay titles, where title fades and video plays on mouseover, which then links to the pages, but obviously you are free to come up with other ideas.

Auguston Today Sections:
- Hero area with a background video and overlay text (this background video/image should be the same one that links to this page from the homepage).
- Location Section - This is kind of an introduction section talking about the location - feel free to use Lorem Ipsum but bonus points if you use actual content from their website (you can find some on the About Us page)
- Map of Area - There is a good example map on the Wilden homepage (https://wilden.ca/) with amenities and parks/trails marked on it, etc.
- Our Community - Feel free to do this how you see best but we like the way it looks on the Rail District Amenities page where it alternates Image / Description sections. Row will include: Amenities, Trails, School & Daycare, The Station, Homes, Recreation, Trails Parks & Nature. On the alternating image side we would like the images to be a slideshow (dot or arrow navigation).

- Banner Link -> Developer (at the bottom of each page will be a link going backward / forward between Auguston Today, Developer, and Auguston Tomorrow.
