Vector Character Design ( 4 characters)

I'm looking for a designer/illustrator to create four children characters from diverse ethnic backgrounds for a learning platform that provides engaging learning games to children all over the world. The characters should be in simple vector design and should be fun, cartoony and playful. No stiff drawings. Each character should be drawn on a separate page showing different expressions. And one drawing to show all four characters together on top of the world. Instructions are provided with some example references. I want an illustrator who is passionate about drawing and makes the characters come to life! Designs must be saved as a vector (svg) file. Instructions will be provided to the selected designer. Please provide portfolio of your previous character designs.
