Tech Pack Designer Needed for Men’s Performance Boxer Briefs

Job Description:
We are launching a new performance essentials brand and are looking for an experienced apparel technical designer to create a factory-ready tech pack for our men’s boxer briefs.

This tech pack will be used directly for sampling and production, so accuracy, manufacturing knowledge, and experience with stretch garments are essential.

Scope of Work:

The selected freelancer will be responsible for creating a complete professional tech pack, including:

- Technical flat sketches (front, back, gusset, waistband)
- CAD drawings suitable for production
- Colorways (Black, Grey, Sand)
- Fabric placement & garment construction details
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Measurement specifications & grading (S–XL)
- Stitching & construction notes
- Branding & logo placement
- Packaging & labeling notes
- Final tech pack delivered as a clean, factory-ready PDF
Optional (bonus, not required):
- 3D garment mockups using CLO 3D or Browzwear

What We Will Provide:

-Brand direction & visual execution guidelines
- Logo files (AI / SVG / PNG)
- Fabric compositions & GSM ranges
- Measurement logic & sample size specs
- Reference tech pack structure

Requirements:

- Proven experience creating apparel tech packs
- Experience with underwear, activewear, or stretch garments
- Familiarity with factory and production requirements
- Proficiency in Illustrator and/or CLO 3D, Browzwear, or similar tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and work to deadlines

Deliverables & Timeline:

- 1 complete tech pack (PDF)
- 1–2 revision rounds
- Estimated timeline: 5–10 days
