Tattoo Designer

I really want a tattoo of the fell beast from Lord of the Rings that the witch king rides, and I have an image of it that I love. However, before I get it put on me forever I want this image changing pose because the picture that I've found wouldn't fit around my other tattoos. Would anyone be able to help me create a remake/another design of this image so it would fit around my current tattoos please? Any help is appreciated :)
