Talented Illustrator Needed for Children's Books

We are looking for a professional and talented illustrator for the children's books we are writing, to be published through Amazon KDP.

The job involves refining and improving Midjourney illustrations.
I am a designer myself, and we will provide the backgrounds (which will define the book's style). Your role is to adjust the character(s) for consistency throughout the book and, in some cases, illustrate the same character in different poses or actions according to the story.

- The average book length is 25-30 pages.
- We are looking for a fixed price per book, not per character or by hourly rate.
- For any additional pages beyond 30, we will pay extra per page.

We need illustrators with high-level drawing skills, full proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and good English comprehension for Zoom meetings and task explanations.

We have a lot of books and long-term work—our goal is to create at least two books per week.
We need someone who understands the potential work volume and can offer us a competitive fixed price per book.
