Simple PSD to SVG Conversion

I have 3 very simple images in a PSD file that need to be converted to SVG format.
Key Requirements:
- Convert 3 simple images from a PSD file to separate SVG files
- Deliverables should be in SVG format (I also need separate AI and PSD files for each image)
