Script needed for Adobe Illustrator

We need a script that will do the following on an EPS file:

Open file from a specified folder

Fit artboard to artwork bounds + 10% on each side

Group all objects

Add drop shadow to outer artwork bounds

Save as PDF in a specified folder

Save as non-transparent PNG in a specified folder

We will also need it script to batch automate files in a specified folder.
