We are looking for a draftsperson to draw up a floor plan and also lay out concepts/mood board for a potential retail store to present to our client. The retail store will be a fishing/camping/hunting store, approx 150sqm of floor space with an adjacent storage room of 94sqm. These are marked as Tenancy 3 and Tenancy 4 in the attached.
