Recreate and update Artwork from scan -- 2

Hi,

I'm looking to get the following artwork recreated.

There is 2 parts to this.
- part on the timber (main artwork)
- part on plastics (minor additional artwork)

- I have a hi res scan of outlines and where things are.
- Layout stays the same in terms of where outlines are for text.
- Wanting the artwork a bit more 'vibrant' with some nice blending of colours.

I have an original scan SCALE / DPI of the original artwork and it's outlines.
