I am in search of an individual capable of producing a poster and PowerPoint presentation for a project with the title "Supercapacitor Degradation Study using Neural Network Approach." This project involved the utilization of a provided batch of data, which was subsequently divided into training and test sets. The data underwent preprocessing and reduction through PCA analysis. Five distinct models were developed, including a shallow neural network, LSTM network, GRU network, CNN network, and a CNN-LSTM hybrid model. These models were trained using the training data and employed to predict outcomes for the test data. The accuracy of all predictions was documented, thereby allowing the identification of the most suitable model for the project. The optimization of each model was accomplished through techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation. The objective of this model was to facilitate ordering or replacement of supercapacitors from an industrial bank prior to reaching their maximum degradation point, thereby averting system reliability issues.
