I need help setting up a template for:

setting 300 pages
Smooth soft cover
Paper option 150 - 200gr luster paper
11" x 8" book seize landscape
Inkjet printer
Template must have top and bottom a "film-strip" like 3 little spaces where I can drag and drop pictures into
in the middle will be writing every 15th and 16th page must be bordered for a full page picture, every 10th page must be devided into 2 or 4 blocks for smaller photos
