Needing help finishing a digital print yardage. Unsure of whether AI or PSD or a combination is required to achieve the result.

I need to finish a print yardage that will be printed using a digital printer on 150CM wide fabric by the roll (so endlessly repeatable).
Usually, I create my prints using Adobe Illustrator where I use motifs and turn them into a seamless repeat so the size doesn't matter.
For this print, the design is sort of like a marble effect. I created this by drawing rectangles in AI then liquifying it in PS. I was then trying to create it into a pattern back in AI but cannot get it to seamless repeat. My thought is that it may have to be finished in PS in a larger size? I don't have experience with prints of this nature or PS prints so need help here!
I need someone who can help make the artwork the correct size, scale, settings to be printed and using the supplied Pantone/HEX. You will need to have a good knowledge of surface printing to help ensure the artwork is correct, without blurry lines or other faults.
I will provide you with all working files and scale examples.
