Need a sketch artist skilled at drawings from pictures.

My futuristic fiction novel needs four illustrations (and I know these sound weird). (1). A color sketch suitable for the cover showing two female figures standing atop a giant, half-demolished dam in a mountain setting. (2) A color sketch of a silhouetted, sitting, loosely embracing male-female couple on a mountainside at night backdropped by the parallel lightstreams of Los Angeles. (3) A black-white drawing of an abandoned streetcar on a twisted track on an earthquake-ravaged street flanked by leaning, wrecked Victorian houses. (4) A black-white drawing of two or three arcologies (2-mile-high buildings housing entire cities) on a Sacramento landscape of diverging rivers and low ridges in background. I have photos illustrating roughly what I want these to look like. My admiration to anyone who takes on this crazy project.
