Minor help on UI details on Adobe In Design, Illustrator & Photoshop

I am looking for someone to provide minor help with UI details on Adobe In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop. It's a detail about removing header on In Design document and page numbering at the bottom. I need someone who speaks english for live interaction on Skype. I will share my screen and ask you how to do these 2 simple tasks. For someone who knows the Adobe Suite, it should take 30 min or less to complete. I need it as soon as possible... Tonight if possible or tomorrow.

See my two screebshots for a business plan. I need the bull removed at the top and change it with another icon and alos i need help at the bottom to control the page numbering and the blue square having the numbers of the page in it.
