2. Store Submission Skills
If you're submitting an app someone else developed, you'll need:

a. Microsoft Partner Center Account
You need to register as a developer:
https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard

Registration costs: One-time fee ($19 for individuals, $99 for companies)

b. Product Metadata Preparation
App name, description, category, screenshots, icons, pricing, age rating, etc.

c. Privacy and Legal Requirements
Prepare a Privacy Policy (especially if your app collects any data)

Ensure your product meets Microsoft Store policies

d. Submission Process
Upload package

Fill in metadata

Choose regions, pricing, visibility, etc.

Submit for certification review by Microsoft
