Manga, weebtoon

I am looking for help to create a romantic manga/weebtoon. I have already written a summary for the project, so I'm looking for a freelancer to bring my story to life! I won't be providing the artwork for this project, so I am looking for someone who can source and create visuals to perfectly fit the tone and story. The manga/webtoon will be of the romance genre, so I'm looking for someone who has experience with creating visuals for that genre. This project will need to include creating panels, illustrations, backgrounds, characters, and dialogue bubbles, as well as other elements needed to bring the story to life. If you have the skills and experience to successfully create a romantic manga/weebtoon from a preexisting synopsis, then I'd like to discuss the project further!
