Industrial Designer who can create basic machines

We are an Australian company that specializes in real estate signage. We need someone who can help us create machines that can apply vinyl to tin boards and remove them - similar ROLLOVER APPLICATOR. There is no need for the machine to be powered by electricity, but it should be easy to operate and able to be operated by one person. Attached are examples of the types of signage we create and the types of machines we are considering.
