I am looking for a skilled graphic designer who can help me with vectorizating a image and a little modification. The ideal candidate should have experience in image editing and manipulation, as well as vector graphics.

- The client has a specific image in mind that they would like to have modified. The freelancer should be able to work with the client's vision and make the necessary modifications.
Number of Images:
- The project involves modifying a single image. The freelancer should be able to dedicate their time and attention to this one image.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
