Illustrator framing work

Hi! I have here four images. I need you to resize all of them into the right format. I am going to print out those pics in 18x24 cm.

I need you to add a white border around the pic.
- all four with 2 cm white border around the pic
- all four with 3 cm white border around the pic
- All four with 4 cm white border around the pic.
- All four with 5 cm white border around the pic.
