2D/3D Illustrator for Comic strips

I am looking for a talented 2D/3D artist/illustrator to produce 4x short 2-4 pane comics for me.
Specific detail about the style, characters, and dialogue will be provided.
Initially, I need 4 of these, however, this may turn into an ongoing project which will become a weekly requirement.
